Michael serves as Vice President and Director of Snow Operations at Shorb. He attended Montgomery College before launching his own landscaping business, which he later sold to a national landscape firm. There, he held leadership roles including Operations Manager, Account Manager, and Regional Snow Specialist for the Mid-Atlantic region.
Michael is known for his strong leadership and collaborative approach, working closely with clients and operational teams to deliver reliable, high-quality service while supporting business growth. His depth of snow operations knowledge and industry experience gives clients confidence that their properties are in capable hands.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, boating, watching his children play hockey, and caring for his Great Danes.
