- Communicate: Your Account Manager will reach out to you 24 – 48 hours of a pending event, and again 12 hours before with our “Plan of Action”. We will discuss the pros and cons of pre-treating the areas based on the weather forecast. We will keep you updated throughout the event
- Auto-Dispatch: We automatically dispatch our crews to service your property based on the forecast.
- Never Over Commit: We have plenty of trucks and people to handle large storms. We do not take on last-minute sites as this could exhaust our reserves and leave us shorthanded for our regular clients.
